Our History

Empereon Marketing was founded in 1997 by four dedicated professionals with one goal in mind: to bring a new measure of excellence to the telemarketing industry.

Our accomplishments in the telemarketing arena are groundbreaking. From data warehouse designs to political calling campaigns, the expertise of these four individuals represents true brilliance and innovation in telemarketing!

Travis Bowley
Travis has 12 years of management experience in both the collections and telemarketing industries. Most recently, he served as Vice president of Operations for a telemarketing service company, serving clients such as the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times and the Detroit News/Free Press. Prior to that, he was the Sales and Marketing Director for FM Services Corporation where he brought U.S. Government political calling campaigns to the telemarketing arena, with clients that included the Indiana Republican Party and various congressional and gubernatorial races across the country. Travis holds a Bachelor's degree form Grand Canyon University in Marketing and Communications.

Lisanne Hewel
Lisanne has eight years of sales, marketing and business operations experience, including company start-ups, business development, corporate mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Marketing for NationsNet inc., an Internet Service Provider. Prior to NationsNet, Lisanne was a Corporate Network Integration Specialist for MCI Telecommunications, where she analyzed and proposed telecommunications, data transmission and customer support solutions for large corporate clients. Her experience also includes Operations and Training Management in various Call Center Operations. Lisanne holds a BS in Business Management & Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Bryan McRoberts
Bryan McRoberts has 15 years experience in Computer Programming, System’s Design and Engineering.  Additionally Mr. McRoberts has several years of telephony experience with Northern Telecom / Lucent switching platforms including Northern Telecom’s  DMS 100/200 and 500 trunk switches. 

As Co-Founder and Vice President of Systems for a previous Arizona based telemarketing servicing company, Mr. McRoberts was responsible for evaluation, purchase, installation and integration of all voice / data / network hardware and software. Included in these responsibilities was the integration of teleservicing and collections platforms between multiple centers. 

Prior to that, he served as a Senior Business Analyst for Bank One Bank Card Division, in charge of daily Call Center Operations and Collections Data analysis.  Additional responsibilities included the Bank One BP Oil Credit Card Integration Project and was part of the Bank One Corporate Re-Engineering team to streamline Bank One Bankcard operations.  Serving as a Senior Systems Integration Engineer / Sales Engineer for Melita International, he was instrumental in the development of clients such as GMAC Leasing, Ford Motor Credit, Fingerhut and Chevy Chase Bank.  Mr. Mcroberts holds a BS degree from the University of Minnesota in Computer Science along with an Associates Degree from Minneapolis Technical College in Electronics.

Andrew Hill
Andrew is a software engineer with over ten years' experience in the fields of software engineering, database design and development, networking and micro to mainframe connectivity. Included in his list of technological accomplishments is the development and implementation of a ground breaking telemarketing lead generation and data warehousing system. As Lead Developer for LG&E Energy Corporation, Andrew helped develop a sophisticated natural gas and electricity trading system. As a senior software engineer for Melita International, he designed custom applications for key clients, including BankOne Direct Marketing. Andrew holds an ABA degree in Data Processing from Crandall College.
